Ritual Brief is an independent online publication that produces editorial coverage across business, technology, lifestyle, and health and fitness. The "Ritual Brief" name, logo, and any related marks are trademarks of ritualbrief.com. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

If the Service allows you to submit feedback, comments, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant Ritual Brief a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the Submission in connection with operating and promoting the Service. We may remove Submissions at our discretion and are not obligated to monitor them.

You and Ritual Brief agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including, without limitation, Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15) will continue to apply.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ritual Brief regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
